Muhindo Moris is the current executive director of LECAU and he previously worked as a school director of Rwenzori Royal institute in Kasese district. He has over 7 years experience and skills of institutional management, project planning and management with a track of record in building partnerships and building successful teams.

Mr. Ngamije Faishal Mbale is a volunteer interim coordinator of projects at LECAU. He is been at the helm of LECAU leadership since 2003 as Ngamije family ministry leader and later as executive director He is also a judge of the lower court/Magistrate grade one in Uganda judiciary. His unique abilities are in the areas of organization planning and development, resources mobilization and partner engagement.
